About Total Restumping

Total Restumping exists for one reason: regional Victoria & Queensland's older homes deserve the same quality of foundation work as anything in Melbourne or Brisbane — without capital-city pricing, capital-city wait times, or being treated as a "sometimes" service area.

We focus exclusively on restumping, reblocking, house levelling, house raising and the subfloor repairs that go with them, across the North East, Sunraysia, Gippsland, the Wimmera and the Murray towns in Victoria, and Queensland's Wide Bay — Bundaberg, Maryborough and Hervey Bay. Because that's all we do, we do it properly: every job gets a genuine subfloor inspection with photos, a fixed written quote, the right approval for the state (building permit and engineer's computations in Victoria; private building certifier approval and QBCC-licensed work in Queensland), and certification when the work is done.

How we work

The inspection is free and honest — if your stumps have another ten years in them, we'll say so. When work is needed, the quote is fixed: stump count, materials, levelling scope, timeline and price, in writing. Most homes are done in 3–7 working days and stay liveable throughout.

All structural work is carried out by licensed, insured restumping contractors, with permits and engineering certification arranged on every job.
